1. About FlowGen

FlowGen is a proof-of-concept platform that demonstrates how AI image generation workflows can be transformed into production-ready web applications. The workflows, tools, and generated content made available on this platform are provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only.

2. Non-Commercial Use

All content generated through this platform — including but not limited to images, 3D assets, videos, and any derivative outputs — is strictly for proof-of-concept demonstration purposes and may NOT be used for any commercial purpose.

This includes, without limitation:

- Selling, licensing, or distributing generated outputs

- Using generated outputs in commercial products, advertising, or marketing materials

- Incorporating generated outputs into client deliverables

- Any use intended to produce revenue, profit, or commercial advantage

If you wish to use FlowGen for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing the platform, partnering on a custom deployment, or arranging commercial access to a specific workflow.

3. Account and Credits

- An account is required to generate content on the platform.

- Generations consume credits. Each workflow has its own credit cost.

- Online credit purchases are not currently available. To top up your account, please contact us directly.

- Credits have no monetary value outside the platform, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable.

- We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing, issue promotional credits, or revoke credits in cases of misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

5. Intellectual Property

- The FlowGen platform, including its source code, design, workflows, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- User-uploaded inputs remain your property, but you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating requested outputs.
